1 lemon cake mix
1 (8.00 ounces) package cream cheese (softened)
1 large Cool Whip
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 cups shredded coconut
Recipe
1. Mix cake as directed.
2. Bake in 9 x 13 pan.
3. Cool.
4. Mix together Cool Whip, softened cream cheese and vanilla pudding.
5. Smooth over cake.
6. Spread drained pineapple over top.
7. Sprinkle evenly with coconut.
8. Refrigerate.
