    this might be a fun & pretty cake to share during your Labor Day festivities

    List of Ingredients




    1 box instant pistachio pudding
    1 box white cake mix
    1C club soda
    4 eggs
    3/4C oil
    1/2C pecans/chopped

    Topping:

    1 box pistachio pudding
    1/4C milk
    9 oz cool whip

    Recipe



    Cake:

    Put everything in bowl, but the nuts & oil. Mix for 4 mins at medium speed, then add oil & mix for another min. Add nuts & mix. Pour into greased & floured 13x9" pan at 350 & bake for approximately 40 mins, or until tested done.

    Topping:

    Mix pudding mix & cool whip together, stirring very fast. Spread rapidly on cooled cake. Refrig until serving time.
