Strawberry Pound Cake

List of Ingredients




1 and 1/3 cup sugar
1 cup butter, softened
4 eggs
2 cups flour
pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Recipe



Cream together sugar and butter in a large bowl. Add eggs, flour and salt mixing well. Add strawberries and vanilla and continue mixing. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Pour batter in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean with pressed in the center of the cake.
