I have a recipe that I makes a great chocolate cake that requires no eggs, butter or milk.

- Stir together in an 8x8 baking pan

(suggest using non-stick spray first)

1 1/2 cups flour

3 tablespoons cocoa

1 cup sugar

1 tsp soda

- Poke 3 holes and

Add 6 tablespoons oil to one hole

Add 1 tbsp vanilla to another hole

Add 1 tablespoon vinegar to the last hole

- Add: 1 cup cold water, stir together

- Bake: 350

- Time: 20- 30 min minutes depends on your oven. keep an eye on it
