Caramel Nut Candy

28 caramels
¼ cup butter
2 tablespoons half and half cream
1½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup peanuts
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1-2 cup flaked coconut
Recipe
Place caramel, butter and cream in microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered, on medium for 2 minutes; stir. Microwave 1-3 minutes more, stirring every minute until smooth. Stir in sugar until smooth. Add nuts. Gently fold in marshmallows. Sprinkle coconut in a 10x5” strip onto 2 sheets of waxed paper. Spoon caramel mixture down the center of coconut and roll into 2 10” logs. Discard waxed paper. Wrap logs in plastic wrap and chill for 4 hours. Remove wrap. Cut logs into ½” slices. Store in refrigerator.
