2 cups of mashed cooked butternut squash
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk or cream
1/4 cup melted butter
pinch of salt
1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg..



Recipe


Mix and turn into a 9" unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Put foil on the rim of the crust if needed..
