    Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Macaroni

    List of Ingredients




    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/2 lb.), cut into chunks
    1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
    2 cups (8 oz.) elbow macaroni, uncooked
    1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

    Recipe



    SPRAY large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink.

    STIR in broth. Bring to boil. Add macaroni; stir. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender and chicken is cooked through.

    ADD VELVEETA and broccoli; cook until mixture is heated through and VELVEETA is melted, stirring frequently.
