List of Ingredients

2 - 10oz cans of cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1- 26 oz package frozen shredded hash browns
4 cups cooked cubed chicken or cooked ham
3 cups sliced frozen carrots (optional)



Recipe

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in hash browns, chicken (or ham) and carrots if desired. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 x 2 in baking dish. Cover and bake 45 to 50 min at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 15 - 20 minutes longer or until bubbly. (Serves 8)
