    Creamy Chicken & Spaghetti Squash

    Put a generous layer of the squash in a casserole dish. Dot with butter or margarine. Lay 3 or 4 bonless, skinless chicken breasts on the top of the squash. Next add one can of cream of mushroom soup and about 1/8 cup of cream. Finish off by sprinkling Hungarian Paparika on the chicken. Cover and bake at 325 about 1 hour or until chicken juices run clear when pierced. At this time if you would like it browner you can remove lid and turn up to 350 degrees. If you choose to do this, watch it closely so it doesn't dry out. Serve with a nice green vegetable and Enjoy.
