    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs ground beef
    garlic powder
    minced onion
    1 C grated cheddar cheese
    2 cans creamed corn (17oz. each)
    1 can tomato sauce
    taco seasoning (approximately)
    chili seasoning (1packet of each)
    12 corn tortillas

    Recipe



    Brown meat with garlic & onion then add taco & chili seasonings
    -pour a small amount of tomato sauce into bottom of casserole dish (just enough to coat the bottom)
    -add the rest of the tomato sauce to the meat
    -add the creamed corn & heat through
    In the casserole dish layer: 4 tortillas
    1/3 of meat mixture
    1/3 of cheddar cheese
    repeat 2 more times
    Bake at 350 until cheese melts
