Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk


List of Ingredients




1½ cup chocolate cookie crumbs
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 8oz packages cream cheese
1 14oz can Eagle Brand Creamy Chocolate Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 eggs
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 21oz can cherry pie filling, chilled


Recipe



Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs and butter. Press firmly on bottom of 9” spring form pan. In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened milk until smooth. Add eggs, cornstarch and extract; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool; chill. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate leftover.
