Glenwood Manor started out as a white frame farmhouse in Edwardsville Illinois, across the Mississippi River. It is now a Tearoom, gift shop, and craft shop down the road in Glen Carbon, Illinois...In 1960's the local University was being built and the house was moved piece by piece to its present site...the current owners Roy and Diane Koberna offer this delectable sweet...

List of Ingredients

Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoon sugar
5 1/2 Tablespoon. melted butter

Press in the bottom of 9" springform pan, chill

Filling:
21 oz can apple pie filling
3 [8oz] cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1/3 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed



Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
remove apples from filling sauce and spread apples on top of crust....combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, beat at medium speed until smooth ,add eggs, 1 at a time at low speed add apple concentrate...
Pour mixture into crust. bake 40 minutes until set. .let cool in turned off oven , then chill for 3 hours, sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped toasted nuts[ your choice]
drizzle with caramel topping when you serve slices....keep chilled...
