Grand Marnier Cheesecake

List of Ingredients
CRUST:
1/3 cup butter
1 ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
FILLING:
1 lb. ricotta cheese
2/3 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
finely grated rind of 2 oranges
juice of 2 oranges
1/3 cup Grand Marnier
GARNISH:
2/3 cup whipping cream
1 orange
10 strawberries
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°.
Crust:
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Press mixture in bottom of a greased 9-inch spring-form pan. Set aside.
Filling:
Beat ricotta cheese, sour cream, eggs, flour and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Beat in orange juice and rind and Grand Marnier. Spoon filling into prepared crust. Bake for 50 minutes or until set. Cool before removing from pan.
To garnish:
Whip cream until stiff. Pipe (with a pastry bag) whipped cream rosettes around edge of cheesecake. Cut orange in 8-10 (1/4-inch-thick) slices. Cut each slice halfway through, twist and arrange around edge of cheesecake. Place a strawberry in each twist of orange.
