this only uses one mixing bowl...
mix together
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup melted margarine
3 oz package butterscotch pudding mix [not instant]
press mixture firmly into 9x13 baking pan..
mix together
1 cup coconut
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
16 oz can of pumpkin
14 oz can Bordens sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, beaten.
dash salt
pour over crust, spread evenly..
bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes..
cool and cut into bars. Makes 2 to 3 dozen
