    Gooey Butter Cookies

    1 box yellow cake mix[18 oz]
    8 oz softened cream cheese
    1 egg
    1 stick butter[1/2/cup, melted
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe


    Mix all together and then chill for at least 2 hrs.., roll into 1" balls and then in powdered sugar. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet or parchment lined sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 12 minutes. When slightly cooled roll again in powdered sugar and finish cooling.
