    1 cup butter or shortening
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup peanut butter
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda

    Recipe



    Pre-heat oven to 350°F
    Mix ingredients in order given, creaming well. Roll into balls and roll in white sugar. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake until they are brown; about 12-15 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen
