    1 14oz. can of condensed milk
    ½ cup of peanut butter
    1 cup of butter, softened
    2 cups packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2½ cups of un-sifted plain flour
    3 cups of oats
    ½ cup jelly

    Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine condensed milk and the peanut butter, set aside. With mixer, beat butter in large bowl 30 seconds. Add brown sugar and baking soda, beat until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer, then hand mix remainder. Stir in oats. Press about 3 1/3 cups of the oat mixture on bottom of un-greased 15 x 10 baking pan. Carefully spread the jelly mixture over the crust. Dollop jelly into about 24 drops over the peanut butter mixture. Top jelly with remainder of oats. Bake 25 minutes, or until lightly browned, try to avoid over-baking, the crust will be hard. Cool / cut / store covered at room temperature.
