    Preheat oven to 300°F.
    Ingredients:
    Cream together:
    1 cup butter
    1/2 cup sifted icing sugar
    Blend in:
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 tablespoon water
    Stir in:
    2-1/4 cups flour
    1 cup chopped nuts
    Instructions:
    Shape into small balls. Bake on ungreased baking sheet in pre-heated oven for 30-35 minutes. Cool slightly and roll in icing sugar. Yields about 5 dozen
