Add 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin to 4 T water and let stand five minutes.
On low heat in a sauce pan combine:
1 can coconut milk and gelatin. Stir until gelatin is completely devolved
then add:
1 C mashed well cooked carrots
1/2 t turmeric
1 t salt
3 t onion powder
2 t garlic powder
1/4 t cilantro or parsley
1/4 t basil
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1/4 C lemon juice
Pour into a mold and chill till set
