Spinach Salad

List of Ingredients
2 bunches fresh spinach
1 bunch scallions, chopped
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tbsp olive oil
pepper to taste
Recipe
Wash spinach well. Drain and chop. After a few minutes, squeeze excess
water. Add scallions, lemon juice, oil and pepper. Makes 6 servings.
