List of Ingredients





1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup corn syrup
2 eggs
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup raisins


Recipe



Mix ingredients in order given. Put in unbaked tart shells and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
You may add currants or coconut as well as the raisins; mixed fruit is a nice change.
Another alternative is to put a spoonful of jam in the bottom of the tart and cover it with the filling, omitting the raisins. Makes approximately 1 dozen large tarts or 18 medium.
