a delicately colored dessert, delicious with crispy cookies it can also be served with fruit salad ..this has been a favorite at many of the local charity fundraiser luncheons...

List of Ingredients

1 cup peeled and cubed ripe avocado
1/2 cup orange juice
2 Tab lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk



Recipe

Puree all in a blender ..pour into ice cube trays [metal without the dividers] and freeze until the mixture is firm around the edges[ about 1 hour]....Turn into a chilled metal or glass bowl and beat at high speed of the mixer until thick and smooth. pour back into trays and freeze until firm...about 2 hours....keep covered....
