    1 cup whipping cream
    ¼ cup sugar
    ½ gallon softened vanilla ice cream
    ½ cup Kahalua
    ½ cup brandy

    Recipe



    Whip cream and beat in sugar. Stir in Kahlua and brandy. Stir into ice cream. Freeze overnight. Be careful not to add extra liquor or ice cream will not freeze.

    Want to be elegant? Serve in pretty stemmed crystal glasses.
