1 package orange Jell-O
½ teaspoon salt
1½ cup boiling water
1 cup shredded carrots
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 can crushed pineapple, untrained
1/3 cup chopped nuts
Recipe
Dissolve Jell-O in water with salt. Add pineapple and lemon juice. Chill just thick. Fold in carrots, raisins and nuts. Chill until thick.
