1½ teaspoon butter, no substitutes
* 10-12oz package milk chocolate chips
* 16oz can chocolate frosting
1 teaspoon cherry extract
** 4 drops red food coloring
Recipe
Line an 8” square pan with foil; butter the foil. In a heavy saucepan, melt chips over very low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in frosting and extract until blended. Pour into prepared pan. randomly place drops of food coloring over fudge; cut through with knife to swirl. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm before cutting into squares.
* try substituting vanilla or white chocolate chips
** the food coloring won’t show up unless you use the white.
