    Chocolate Dessert Cups with Ice Cream

    6oz semi sweet chocolate chips
    1 tablespoon shortening
    *2 scoops peppermint ice cream
    *Miniature candy canes

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate and shortening in saucepan. Brush evenly on the insides of 8 paper or foil muffin cup liners. Chill 25 minutes or until hardened. Remove liners. Place on plate and fill with ice cream. Garnish with candy canes.
    * try orange sherbet and orange slices, strawberry ice cream and sliced strawberries, chocolate ice cream with chocolate curls, etc.
