    A favorite from Affairs to Remember Catering...so delicious and yet deceptively simple. A show- off dessert...make sure the presentation is upscale...perhaps spooned into a balloon wine glass with a dollop of real whipped cream topped by shavings of chocolate......... 3 [1 oz] squares semisweet chocolate
    1 [1 oz] square unsweetened chocolate
    Melt in the top of a double boiler
    add 1/4 cup honey stir......
    dissolve 1 tsp instant coffee in 1 Tab brandy and add to chocolate...cool mixture...

    Whip 2 cups heavy cream to stiff peaks and add 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract... Fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream...cover and refrigerate overnight.. serves 6 generously or 1 chocoholic....
