5 cups peeled and sliced Granny Smith apples
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1-teaspoon cinnamon
2-tablespoon butter
½ cup butter
1½ cup biscuit mix, divided
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup biscuit mix
Recipe
In medium bowl, combine apples, milk and cinnamon. In a large bowl, cut ½ cup butter into 1 cup biscuit mix. Stir into apple mixture. Pour into a greased 9” square-baking pan. In small bowl, combine ½ cup biscuit mix and brown sugar. Cut in remaining butter until crumbly. Sprinkle with nuts. Pour over apple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until apples are done.
