Oreo Sherbet Delight

½ gallon raspberry or orange sherbet, softened
2 cups whipping cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
15 oreos
¾-1 cup chopped, slivered, toasted almonds
Recipe
Place sherbet in a 13x9x2” dish. Freeze 10 minutes. In a mixing bowl, beat cream and sugar until stiff. Break each cookie into 6 pieces; fold into cream mixture with almonds. Spoon over sherbet. Cover and freeze for up to 2 months. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
