    Ozark Apple-Nut Pudding

    2 eggs, beaten
    3 tablespoons flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/2 cup chopped apple

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a greased 8-inch baking dish or pie plate. Bake at 325 for about 30 minutes. Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
