Peanut Butter Fudge

2 cups of Chunky Peanut Butter (a good brand)
2 sticks of butter (not margarine)
Melt the two above in a microwave oven for about 3 min. or in the top of a Double Boiler.

Following melting add:
2 cups of Confectioners Sugar. Be sure to mix the three ingredients together well. Put this mixture into an 8x8 inch pan that has been lined with foil. Put in refrigerator till set. Remove and cut into desired squares. Place in an air tight container in the refrigerator. This is absolutely delicious. I make it for gifts every Holiday Season. Good Luck
