    Crust:
    1 package chocolate cake mix
    ½ cup margarine/butter. Melted
    ¼ cup milk
    1 egg
    ¾ cup milk

    Filling:
    ¾ cup peanut butter
    1½ cup powdered sugar
    8oz package cream cheese, softened
    2½ cups cold milk
    8oz container whipped topping, thawed
    5.1oz package instant vanilla pudding

    Topping:
    ½ cup peanuts
    1.55oz bar milk chocolate, chilled, grated

    Grease and flour bottom only of a 13x9” pan. In a large bowl, combine all crust ingredients at medium speed until well blended. Spread evenly in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool.

    In small bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar at low speed until crumble; set aside.
    In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk, whipped topping and pudding mix; beat at low speed 2 minutes until well blended. Pour half of cream cheese mixture over cooled, baked crust; spread evenly. Sprinkle with half of peanut butter mixture. Repeat with remaining cream cheese and peanut butter mixture. Sprinkle with ½ cup peanuts. Gently press into filling. Sprinkle with chocolate. Cover; refrigerate. Store in refrigerator.
