This is a great recipe for entertaining 12 or more guests
List of Ingredients
1 small package instant pistachio pudding
1 16oz can chuncky pineapple
1 8oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup shredded coconut
1 chup chopped walnuts or pecans
12-16oz container non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 cup mini marshmallows
Recipe
in a large bowl, mix both types of pinapple and sprinkle pudding on top. let sit for a few minutes. combine nuts and coconuts, and fold into the mixture. blend in whipped topping and marshmallows; refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
