    * 18oz white confectionery coating, cut into pieces
    9 tablespoon butter, no substitutes
    2 tablespoon whipping cream
    ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
    Additional confectioners’ sugar

    Recipe



    In a microwave or double broiler, melt candy, butter and cream over low heat until smooth, stirring frequently. Stir in sugar. If mixture separates, beat for 30 seconds with mixer. Pour into an 8: square pan. Chill for 20 minutes or until slightly hardened. Using a melon baller or scoop, scoop out and shape into 1” balls. Roll in additional sugar.

    *Try regular chocolate also
