White Fudge Covered Oreo Raspberry Parfait

1 cup frozen raspberries
¾ cup water
3oz package raspberry Jell-O
1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup prepared whipped topping, divided
10 White Fudge Covered Oreo’s, chopped
¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted
Recipe
In small saucepan, heat raspberries and water to a boil. Add Jell-O. Stir until dissolved; cool slightly. Blend in ice cream until melted. Chill until slightly thickened, about 45 minutes. Fold in ¾ cup cool whip topping into mixture. Chill until mounding consistency, about 15 minutes.
Combine cookies and nuts. In 4-6oz dishes, alternate layers of Jell-O and cookies. Garnish with remaining cool whip. Chill.
