ST. Louis Blues Hockey Brett Hull, son of NHL great Bobby Hull, was one of the most popular players, ever, on the St. Louis Blues Hockey team...his leaving the team a few years ago was cause for sorrow among many fans.. my DS2 had a personalized car license plate "Hull Fan" that he promptly retired. Jennifer had a tough time convincing him that it wasn't the bedroom art work she preferred..haha.. before he became a family man, "Hullie" had these particularly bachelor bit of advice..."buy paper plates and get a dog"!! ...as he would rather be on the gulf course instead of the kitchen this recipe is simple and awesome..

List of Ingredients

Tuna Steaks
Butter, softened
Chopped Onions
Pepper
Fresh Garlic
Fresh Lemon Juice



Recipe

Lightly coat tuna with butter...lay each steak on a square of heavy duty foil, shiny side in..
add onion, pepper, garlic and cover with squeeze of fresh lemon juice...
wrap tightly and grill 6 to 8 minutes on each side...DO NOT OVERCOOK...
