    Greek: Beef Rolls Stuffed With Feta

    List of Ingredients

    12 thin slices of beef
    250gr feta cheese crumbled
    pepper
    parsley finely chopped
    3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
    salt
    1 1/2 cup white wine

    Recipe

    Mix together the feta, pepper to taste, parsley, garlic. Spread this mixture to each beef slice and roll them. Tie them firmly or use toothpicks to secure the filling inside the meat. Cook them in 1/2 cup of olive oil until golden. Pour the wine and if necessary some hot water to half cover them. Cook them in low heat until tender( about 1 hour). Serve with sweat peas and carrots with butter and french fries.
