    And here is a recipy with chicken that will be having tonight

    List of Ingredients




    1 chicken (whole or cut to portions)
    2 medium onions finely chopped
    1 1/2 cup rice
    1 cinnamon stick
    2 medium tomatoes mashed
    1 cup olive oil
    salt pepper

    Recipe



    Put the olive oil in a large sauce pan. When it is heated add the onions and when golden add the chicken too. Leave the chicken stirring occasionaly until golden too. Pour in the tomatoes, cinnamon and season with salt and pepper. Pour also water until the chicken is covered with liquid. Cook until the chicken is done. Remove the chicken and put the rice in. Leave the rice until done. Put the chicken again inside and leave it. It is served not hot but in room temperature. This way the rice absorbs the liquid and the chicken flavour. Traditionaly it is served with some yogurt on top. I really like it this way, but some prefer to serve it with grated cheese. Parmesan or pekorino would do just fine. Enjoy
