    750gr spinach
    2 medium size onions
    1/2cup oil
    2 eggs
    250gr feta cheese
    1/2 cup dill (optional)
    500gr phyllo
    1/2 cup oil

    Recipe



    Put the spinach finely cut in a skillet and let it cook slightly until no liquid is left. Drain well. In another skillet put the fist 1/2cup of oil, add the onions chopped until cooked. Let it cool for a while and add the spinach the eggs beaten and feta crumbled and dill chopped if you like.Season with salt and pepper. Mix them well. In an oven pan slightly smaller than the size of the phyllo put half the phyllo spreading oil to each leaf. In the midlle put the spinach mixture.Finish with the rest of the phyllo following the same procedure. Fold the edges of the phyllo so tha the filling doesnot come out. Cut into pieces and bake in 350 until the phyllo is golden brown .
