Banana: Banana Meatloaf

Recipe Introduction

When I saw bananas in a meatloaf, I really wondered how it would taste. But, since I had some over ripe bananas waiting to be used, I tried it and it was great. My family had no clue there were bananas in it.-Becky

List of Ingredients

1½ lb ground beef
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup quick oats
1 teaspoon dried bell pepper flakes
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
3 mashed bananas
2 large eggs
2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 to 1/3 cup milk, as needed



Recipe

Mix all ingredients together and really work it until well combined. Add milk as needed.
Shape into a loaf shape.
Bake in a 375 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until done.
