Bananas: Bananas and Sour Cream

Something my Mom always used to make for a quick dessert.



List of Ingredients




1 or 2 bananas, peeled sliced thickly
1/2 to 3/4 cup sour cream
sugar to taste
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. vanilla (optional)


Recipe



Put the sour cream into a small bowl. Add sugar to taste and mix well. Some people like it really sweet. I would start with about 2 Tbs. of sugar. If you want more just add it. Put in vanilla if that is what you want to do.
Mix well. Put the sliced bananas into the mixture and mix gently until all coated with the sour cream.
