1 cup sugar
1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 cup buttermilk biscuit mix (Bisquick)
½ cup chopped nuts



Recipe

Cream sugar & cream cheese til light & fluffy. Beat in banana & eggs. Add biscuit mix & pecans. Pour into greased & floured 9x5x3" loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done. Cool before slicing.
