    Raisin: Raisin Pie

    2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tbsp. butter
    1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar

    Recipe

    Cook until thick, put in 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
