Banana: Small Banana Cake recipe

1-1/4 c sugar
1/2 c butter
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 c sour cream
1 c mashed banana
1-1/2 c cake flour
1 tsp vanilla extract



Recipe

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 9x9 pan.
In a lg bowl, cream butter and sugar until light. Add egg and beat well. Dissolve soda in the sour cream and add it to the butter mixture. Beat well. Add the mashed bananas and mix in. Add cake flour and mix well. Add vanilla extract. Pour batter into the pan and bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until done.
