Jam: Dutch Apple Pie Jam

List of Ingredients
1lb. tart green apples
½ cup raisins
1 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon allspice
4 ½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup firm packed light brown sugar
½ tablespoon margarine or butter
1 pouch certo liquid fruit pectin.
Recipe
Peel core and finely chop enough apples to make 2c. Add to pot with all other ingredients. Bring to a boil stirring and making sure all sugar is dissolved. Stir in pectin and bring back to a boil for 1 min. Remove from heat let sit 5 min. stirring every min. Pour into jars 1/2 inch from rim process 8oz. jar for 10 min.
