    List of Ingredients

    2 lbs ground beef
    3/4 cup dry oatmeal
    1 yellow onion chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup tomato juice
    salt and pepper
    parsley flakes

    Recipe

    Mix well and pack into 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours. Top with catsup the last 15 minutes of baking. Let rest few minutes before slicing..
