I have battled with ribs for years, never quite ever getting them right. That is, until this Labor Day weekend. I tried something on a whim and it really worked.
I rubbed beef baby back ribs with a rub:
List of Ingredients
kosher salt
Pepper
Tony C's cajun rub
1 tbsp of brown sugar.
Recipe
I let them then marinate in the rub for about three hours. I then cooked them in the pressure cooker with 1 cup water for 35 minutes. I then brushed them with KC's Masterpiece barbecue sauce, and cooked them on the grille for about 15 minute to crisp up. They were perfect. I tell ya, that pressure cooker was the way to go. I highly recommend. Good luck.
