Recipe Introduction

Here is a scaled down portion of their fabulous steak butter...the restaurant quantity made 8 1/2 lbs.

List of Ingredients

1/2 cup [1 stick] unsalted butter [or margarine]
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon A1 sauce
1/2 tsp. Maggi seasoning
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 Tablespoons finely chopped shallots
1 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley




Recipe

Beat butter in a bowl with electric mixer until fluffy, gradually add rest of ingredients...shape into a log and wrap with plastic wrap and chill...to serve...slice thinly and place on hot grilled steak .. serves 16...
