    Simple Tender Ribs

    I am quite well known for my fall off the bone ribs (well amongst my family and friends ...). My recipe is so simple.
    Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Using the tip of a knife, lift the membrane, and then pull off using a paper towel. If you want, cut to size. Place ribs in crock pot. Cover with beer (one or two bottles - enough to cover ribs). Set crock pot on 4-6 hour setting. Leave Be.

    When they are ready, you have two choices grill or broil. I use a A&P Master Choice Original BBQ sauce which I find is quite similar to .... darn - now I can't remember the name! But you can use any home made or bottled sauce recipe. Either place ribs on grille and baste with sauce until caramelized. Or place on baking sheet, baste with sauce, broil until sauce is darkened and bubbly, turn and repeat.
    Either method leaves you with great tender ribs.
