    1-1/2 cups self-rising flour
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    Grated Parmesan cheese

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 12 muffin cups with non-stick vegetable spray.
    In a medium bowl, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, sugar, rosemary, garlic powder, and pepper; stir well. Make a well in the center.
    In a small bowl, combine egg, milk, tomato sauce, and oil. Add to the flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Fill prepared muffin cups two-thirds full. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from muffin cups. Serve warm.
